Cheyenne McEndaffer joined Sustainable Environmental Consultants in January 2023. In her role, Cheyenne provides support to all divisions by managing processes related to business development and client experience.
Cheyenne grew up in agriculture as her family ranched and continues to run a custom and retail meat plant in New Mexico. She was active in showing livestock, 4-H and The National FFA Organization. A career and life in agriculture was always the plan, and she couldn’t imagine it any other way. Cheyenne earned her Bachelor of Science degree in animal science and went on to earn her M.S. in meat science. Prior to joining the Sustainable Environmental Consultants team, she worked as the senior director of export services for the U.S. Meat Export Federation. Cheyenne holds a meat plant welfare auditor certification from the Professional Animal Auditor Certification Organization and is a board member for the Women’s Meat Industry Network.
Outside of work, Cheyenne enjoys hanging out with her husband and three young children, working with her cattle, taking the family boat out in the summer, snowboarding and traveling. She has been to 36 countries and has visited farms, ranches and/or meat plants on six continents. She also continues to be involved in farming through the family registered cow, calf and dryland farming operations in Northeast Colorado.
